I have had a hard time finding natural shampoo & conditioner that work well for fine hair. I recently started Intelligent Nutrients and love it so far! I use the PurePlenty Nourishing Scalp & Strand Serum in combination with the PurePlenty Exfoliating Shampoo & Conditioner. They are perfect for fine and thinning hair and are said to promote hair growth and strengthening. I will certainly keep you posted!
I try not to wash my hair everyday, so in between I like to use a dry shampoo. I am enjoying the Captain Blankenship Mermaid Dry Shampoo. It does a good job of masking the oils in my hair, and it smells like roses, which I love.
